The publicity period is from April 23 to April 27, 2021. If there is no objection during the publicity period, it will be automatically imported into the platform according to the execution date. If there is an objection, it will be automatically transferred to the next processing flow and will not be changed temporarily. Information changes and price adjustments will be implemented on April 28, 2021, and no further notice will be issued.
For companies that take the initiative to lower prices and promise to sell at the lowest price in the country or at a lower price, medical institutions can purchase at the promised price, which may not be higher than the promised price (which can be equal to the promised price).
Declaring companies should follow the relevant transaction rules of the Gansu Province Centralized Pharmaceutical Procurement Platform, Sunshine Procurement Platform, and the Gansu Province National Centralized Procurement Settlement and Monitoring System for selected drugs on a time to promptly complete the procurement and bargaining responses of medical institutions to ensure clinical use.
