Recently, the Henan Provincial Food and Drug Administration issued the "Announcement on the Second Qualification Verification after the 2020 Professional Qualification Examination for Licensed Pharmacists" (hereinafter referred to as the "Announcement").

According to the "Announcement", a total of 1,245 licensed pharmacist candidates failed the second qualification verification, and 461 of them failed to upload for verification following the time specified in the "Announcement on the Announcement of the List of Qualified Persons Who Qualified for the 2020 Practicing Pharmacist Vocational Qualification Examination" Material staff.

4. Persons whose information on the registration platform of China Personnel Examination Network is inconsistent with the uploaded verification materials when registering for the test.

According to the relevant regulations, these candidates have signed the "Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination Registration Certificate Matters Notification Commitment System Application Commitment", promising that all the information filled in and submitted is true, accurate, complete and valid, and willing to bear falsehoods Commit to the responsibility and accept the corresponding treatment.

According to the "Proof of Registration for Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination Registration Proof of Commitment System", the management of untrustworthiness is as follows:

1. Applicants who do not meet the application requirements, or fail to complete the registration-related matters per the requirements of the qualification review department (institution), shall be treated as invalid examination registration or invalid examination results. After the applicant confirms the registration, the paid fee will not be refunded.

2. If the examinee deliberately concealed the truth, provided false promises, or obtained corresponding qualification certificates or performance certificates by other improper means, and other serious violations of discipline and regulations, under the "Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination Regulations for Violations of Discipline and Regulations" (Human Resources and Order No. 31 of the Ministry of Social Security) to be processed and recorded in the professional and technical personnel qualification examination integrity archives. Those suspected of committing crimes shall be transferred to judicial organs for handling.

3. Establish a blacklist system for untrustworthy examinees, increase joint disciplinary action for dishonesty, strengthen cross-departmental linkage response, and improve the joint disciplinary mechanism of "one dishonesty and restricted everywhere", which will be recorded in the integrity archives of professional and technical personnel qualification examinations The untrustworthy test takers were included in the national credit information sharing platform for joint punishment. The information of untrustworthy examinees shall be announced to the public as appropriate, and the unit of the person concerned shall be notified.

In summary, the results of these 1,245 licensed pharmacist candidates will be invalidated, and the fees paid will not be refunded.

The results of 2632 candidates in the province are voided

As early as January 7 this year, the Henan Provincial Food and Drug Administration announced to publicize 7,427 people who have passed the 2020 vocational qualification examination for licensed pharmacists, and ask all those who have qualified to provide verification materials as required.

In the first audit, a total of 4013 people were unqualified. Among them, 163 people did not meet the requirements for applying for the vocational qualification examination for licensed pharmacists published by the China Personnel Examination Network. The main reasons include non-compliance with the professional working years, failure to provide Henan residence permit or residence permit and proof of participation, professional inconsistency, and academic qualifications from other provinces. Mismatched majors, no social guarantees, forged academic qualifications, etc.

After comparing with relevant department data, 1224 people were suspected of falsifying or altering the academic certificates uploaded on the registration platform of China Personnel Examination Network when registering for the exam; the publicity and verification announcement of the list of qualified personnel for the 2020 professional qualification examination for licensed pharmacists was not followed 1231 people uploaded the verification materials within the specified time; 1395 people failed to provide academic certification reports by the material requirements of the "Announcement of the Announcement of the List of Qualified Persons for 2020 Practicing Pharmacist Vocational Qualification Examination and Verification".

A second opportunity was provided for 1,231 people who did not upload the verification materials within the prescribed time and 1,395 people who did not provide academic certification reports as required (2626 in total). After passing the verification, the verification materials and results will be reported to the Provincial Personnel Examination Center and approved by the China Personnel Examination Center, and the results will be restored.

Overall, 7427 licensed pharmacist candidates in Henan Province have passed the examination results, but because of the promise that all the information filled and submitted does not meet the requirements and the verification materials have not been sent overdue, a total of 2632 licensed pharmacist candidates have invalidated their scores and the rate of invalidation Up to 35.44%.
